Privacy policy

Dylan Bartoli, VAT 01553770528. For any privacy request, write to contact@dylanbartoli.com.

Browsing data. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested page to serve the pages and protect them from abuse. Project images are served by Prismic's CDN, which receives the same technical data. I don't collect or look at this data.

Data you send me. If you email me, I process your address and whatever you choose to tell me. If you book a call through Cal.com, I receive your name, email and any notes you add.

The site has no forms, accounts or newsletter.

Browsing data is used only to show you the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data you send me is used to reply, arrange the call and, if needed, prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I don't use your data for marketing and don't share it with anyone else.

The site sets no cookies of its own and no third-party cookies for statistics or advertising, which is why there's no banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, which don't require consent.

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Prismic (content and images), Cal.com (call booking) and my email provider process data on my behalf or as independent controllers, under their own policies. Some are based in the United States: those transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

I keep emails and call details for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows. If we work together, data tied to invoices and contracts is kept for the 10 years required by Italian law.

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing or receive a copy (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to contact@dylanbartoli.com. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Links to social networks, projects and collaborators lead to sites with their own policies, which I'm not responsible for.
